There is a 14-Day Return Policy which we will comply to if you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. Items received after the 14-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer's expense

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have not been authorized by UTB Untouchable. Every return will have an authorization number which must accompany your returned item(s) in order to process your refund. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges

Defective items will be fully refunded back once it has cleared through our Security Product Check. Clearance items are final sale; there is no exchange or refund on them. .
